Effective Date: July 2026 Welcome to Abilene Vibes, operated by Abilene Labs. These Terms of Use apply to all users, visitors, businesses, advertisers, contributors, listing submitters, and anyone who accesses or uses Abilene Vibes. By using Abilene Vibes, submitting content, publishing a listing, or purchasing a Featured or Premium placement, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Abilene Vibes can be explored for free. You are not required to create an account to browse local businesses, events, marketplace listings, jobs, rentals, gallery photos, and other public content. Some features, such as submitting content, managing listings, saving items, interacting with content, or purchasing paid placements, may require additional information.
When you submit content to Abilene Vibes, you are responsible for making sure it is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and that you have the right to submit it. Submitted content may include business listings, marketplace listings, job posts, rental listings, gallery photos, reviews, logos, images, descriptions, prices, contact information, links, and other details.
By submitting content, you give Abilene Vibes permission to display, store, edit for formatting, publish, promote, and share that content in connection with the app. This may include use inside Abilene Vibes, related websites, social media, promotional materials, local advertising, and other Abilene Vibes channels.
You may only submit photos, logos, images, or media that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for any rights, permissions, copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights related to the media you submit.
Business submitters are responsible for providing accurate business names, categories, descriptions, addresses, phone numbers, websites, social links, photos, logos, and contact information. Abilene Vibes may approve, reject, edit, hide, pause, or remove business listings to keep the app accurate, lawful, and appropriate. Business names, trademarks, logos, and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Abilene Vibes is an independent local guide unless a business is clearly marked as a sponsor, advertiser, or partner.
Featured and Premium placements are paid promotional placements that improve visibility inside Abilene Vibes. Featured currently costs $19 per month. Premium currently costs $59 per month. Payment does not guarantee immediate publication. Paid listings may still require Admin review before appearing publicly. Paid placement does not guarantee sales, visits, calls, rankings, customer interest, applications, rentals, purchases, or any specific result.
Featured and Premium placements are monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid placement, you authorize Abilene Vibes and Stripe to charge the selected amount today and automatically each month until the subscription is canceled. Stripe may process payments under its own terms and policies. Abilene Vibes does not store full credit card numbers.
You may request cancellation of a paid subscription by contacting Abilene Vibes or through available Admin support. Cancellation stops future renewals. If a subscription is canceled at the end of the billing period, the paid placement may remain active until the current paid period expires. Immediate cancellation may remove the paid placement sooner.
Payments for the current billing period are not automatically refunded after purchase. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting Abilene Vibes. Stripe or other payment provider policies may also apply.
Marketplace submitters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, price, condition, ownership, contact information, and availability of items they post. Abilene Vibes only provides the platform for marketplace listings and communication between users. Abilene Vibes is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Users are responsible for communicating safely, following applicable laws, verifying items, and making their own decisions before buying, selling, meeting, or exchanging payment.
Job posters are responsible for accurate job titles, company information, pay details, requirements, contact information, application methods, and legal compliance. Abilene Vibes only provides the platform where employers and applicants may connect. Abilene Vibes does not guarantee employment, applicants, hiring results, job availability, pay accuracy, workplace conditions, employer behavior, or applicant behavior.
Rental posters are responsible for accurate property details, pricing, availability, permissions, contact information, photos, descriptions, and compliance with applicable laws. Abilene Vibes is not a party to rental agreements. Abilene Vibes does not guarantee rental availability, property condition, lease terms, sale terms, pricing, safety, landlord behavior, tenant behavior, or transaction outcomes.
Gallery contributors may submit photos for review. Only submit photos that you own or have permission to share. Abilene Vibes may approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove gallery submissions.
Users may be able to like, save, favorite, rate, or review content. Reviews and public feedback should be honest, relevant, and respectful. Abilene Vibes may moderate, hide, or remove reviews or interactions that appear abusive, fake, misleading, unlawful, spammy, or inappropriate.
Events shown in Abilene Vibes may be entered, selected, or published by Admin. Event information may change. Users should verify dates, times, locations, prices, ticket details, age restrictions, safety information, and other details with the event organizer or official source. Abilene Vibes does not guarantee that event information is complete, current, or error-free.
You may not submit content that is: - Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive. - Hateful, threatening, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory. - Sexually explicit or inappropriate for a general local audience. - Violent, dangerous, or encouraging harm. - Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to manipulate the app. - Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights. - False, impersonating another person or business, or submitted without permission. - Promoting illegal goods, stolen items, prohibited services, or unsafe activity.
Abilene Vibes may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, pause, restore, or remove any submitted content at any time. This includes businesses, marketplace listings, jobs, rentals, gallery photos, reviews, events, comments, images, links, and promotional placements. Abilene Vibes may also remove content to comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, respond to owner requests, correct errors, or maintain app quality.
Abilene Vibes may link to business websites, social media pages, Google Maps or other map services, job application links, rental links, ticket links, and other external services. External services are not controlled by Abilene Vibes. Users access them at their own discretion, and those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and risks.
Abilene Vibes is a local discovery and information app. Content in the app is provided for general informational purposes only. Users should independently verify important details before making purchases, applying for jobs, renting property, attending events, contacting businesses, or relying on any listing.
Abilene Vibes is not responsible for the actions, products, services, listings, claims, prices, availability, communications, payments, meetings, safety, or behavior of third-party businesses, sellers, buyers, employers, landlords, tenants, event organizers, contributors, or users. Abilene Vibes does not guarantee that all content is accurate, current, complete, available, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To request a correction, update, removal, or review of content, contact: abilenevibes@gmail.com Please include enough information to identify the listing, post, review, photo, event, business, job, rental, or marketplace item.
Abilene Vibes may update these Terms of Use as the app grows, features change, service providers change, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Abilene Vibes after updated Terms of Use are posted means you accept the updated terms.
